Fiona Pinto
Fiona has a masters in medical ethics from Imperial college London and research interests in child protection, prenatal and neonatal care, the welfare of the child in assisted reproduction, genetics and prenatal screening. She has worked for five years in health related roles, including for a bioethics thinktank, for a strategic health authority on the National Childcare Strategy to improve support for NHS staff with children. She is concerned by the contradictions in public policy including arbitrary time limits for the protection of life and has campaigned for the last five years for a restriction in abortion to reflect the advances in medical knowledge and supports the Alive and Kicking Campaign. | back. |
