As a charity that places the highest priority on its political independance, Kids Count does not have access to all the normal avenues of financial support. It exists and carries out all its work on minimal funding. It now needs long term financial supportto expand that work, and it has many excellent development ambitions for new projects in communities across the country.

Despite this, it punches way above its weight and has an acknowledged credibility and reputation in the UK. It is also now gaining international recognition.
